You can block your guaranty trust bank account online by using GTBank’s internet banking platform or mobile app. All you need is to follow the steps below:

1.Login to GTBank internet banking platform
2.Select Self-Service from the Menu
3.Select the Account Switch off/on option
4.On the next page choose Internet Banking
5.Enter the Date From and Date To
6.Answer the secret question
7.Click the submit button to block the GTB account

Open GTWorld mobile app
2.Select Settings to & Help in the Menu
3.Next, select the Help option.
4.Select Unlock Account
5.Scroll down to the account hotlist request
6.Select the Account number you want to block
7.Enter the reason for hotlisting the account
8.Enter your Account’s secret answer and password/token and click continue and click submit.
