New pin is the pin you want to change to and it must be five (5) digits. Example: if the new pin you’re changing to is 12345,

Then dial *321*00000*54321*12345# and send, you’ll get a message confirming your request.

Example:

Dial *321*00000*NEW PIN* NEW PIN#.

*321*00000*12345*12345#.

After receiving your confirmation SMS, you can follow the simple steps below to start using Glo easyshare service.

How To Use EasyShare transfer credit to another Glo customers

To Transfer Credit, dial *321*Phone Number of the recipient*Amount to be transferred*Password#.

For example, if your password is 12345 and you want to transfer N500 to another Glo customer with Phone Number 09055553115, then you dial *321*09055553115*500*12345#.

You will receive a notification via text message once the transfer is completed. The default password is 00000.

How to share Glo data
