8.How to transfer or share Glo airtime

To transfer or share airtime , you can use the Glo EasyShare service. Here’s how:

1. Via USSD Code:
   1. Dial *312# on your Glo line.
   2. Select the option for “Airtime Transfer” from the menu.
   3. Enter the recipient’s phone number.
   4. Input the amount of airtime you want to transfer.
   5. Provide your transfer PIN to confirm the transaction.

   If you haven’t set up a transfer PIN yet, the default PIN is usually 00000, and you can change it by dialing *312*00000*New PIN*New PIN#.

2. Change Your PIN:
   • If you’re using this service for the first time, you’ll need to change the default PIN (usually 0000) to a new one. Dial *312*0000*New PIN*New PIN# to set your PIN.

9.How to transfer or share data

To transfer or share Glo data with someone else, you can use the Glo Data Sharing or Glo Data Gifting services. Here’s how:

1. Using Glo Data Sharing

1. Dial *312#
2. Select the option for “data Transfer” from the menu.
3. Enter the recipient’s phone number.
4. Input the amount of data  you want to transfer.
5. Provide your transfer PIN to confirm the transaction.

• To check your sharing list, dial *312*02#, and to remove someone, dial *312*03*Recipient's Phone Number#.

2. Using Glo Data Gifting

• Dial *312#
• Select option 2  for if data gifting 
• Follow the prompt to complete the process
• Alternatively, you can send Gift [Recipient’s Phone Number] [Data Plan Code] to 312 via SMS. For instance, send Gift 08012345678 53 to 312.

10.How do I subscribe to Data bundles

To subscribe to Glo Data bundles, you can choose from several options

1. USSD Code:
   • Dial *312# and follow the prompts to select your preferred data bundle.
   • Alternatively, you can use specific codes for particular plans. For example, dial *312*53# for a 1.6GB plan.
2. SMS:
   • Send the plan code (e.g., 53) to 312 via SMS. You’ll receive a confirmation message once the subscription is successful.

11. How to link NIN

To Link NIN to Glo Line: Send UPDATENIN NIN FirstName LastName to 109.

12. How To Change your Share PIN:

To change your Glo Share PIN, follow these steps:

1. Dial *321*Old PIN*New PIN*New PIN#. For example, if your old PIN is 00000 and you want to change it to 12345, dial *321*00000*12345*12345#.
2. Press the call button, and you’ll receive a confirmation message once the PIN change is successful.

13.How to cancel Data auto-renewal anytime?

To cancel Glo Data auto-renewal, you can use one of the following methods:

1. Via SMS: Send the word CANCEL to 321. You will receive a confirmation message once the auto-renewal is successfully deactivated.
2. Via USSD Code: Dial *321#, navigate to “Manage Data,” then “Manage Autorenewal,” and select “Cancel Autorenewal”.
3. Glo Café App: Open the app, go to the “Subscriptions” tab, select the active data plan, and toggle off the auto-renewal option

14, How to share data

To share Glo data using *321#, follow these steps:

1. Dial *321# on your Glo line.
2. From the menu, select the option for Data Sharing.
3. Enter the recipient’s Glo phone number.
4. Choose the amount of data you want to share from your active data plan.
5. Confirm your selection to complete the process.

This allows you to share your existing data bundle with another Glo subscriber

15. How to get list share number

To get the list of numbers you are sharing your Glo data follow these steps:

1. Dial *321# on your Glo line.
2. From the menu, select the option for “Manage Data Beneficiaries” or a similar option.
3. Choose “View Beneficiaries” to see the list of numbers currently linked to your data plan.

16. How to Unshare data

To unshare Glo data with someone, follow these steps:

1. Dial *321# on your Glo line.
2. Select the option for  Unshare data
3. Choose “Remove Beneficiary” number
4. Enter the phone number of the person you want to unshare your data with.
5. Confirm the action to remove them from your sharing list.

Once completed, the recipient will no longer have access to your data plan

17. How do I check my  Data Bundle balance?

To check your Glo Data Bundle balance, you can use any of these methods:

1. USSD Code: Dial *323# on your Glo line and follow the prompts to view your data balance.
2. SMS: Send the word INFO to 323. You will receive a reply with details about your data balance and expiry date
