NSIP BRINGS SUCCOR TO NIGERIANS IN THE NORTHERN REGION

Federal Government intervention of the National Social Investment Program (NSIP) which is private sector collaborated has started making tremendous strides in the lives of Nigeria especially in the northern region of the country.

The Vice president of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osibanjo took to his social media page to express his delight on the progress made. In his words “NSIP Hubs are Federal Government supported but private sector-led hubs that were established to prioritize creativity and home-grown solutions to regional challenges.”

On his experience and engagement in North East, he has this to say “While in Adamawa, it was my utmost pleasure to meet Mohammed Jafar Adamu who lost his arm when he was attacked by a local gang last year.”

As the government makes intervention and impact in the lives of folks up North, the Vice president added “Because the hubs are designed to create solutions, Mohammed became a beneficiary of the North-East Humanitarian Innovation Hub. He receieved a new prosthetic limb from @ininow works as a tailoring assistant.”

The National Social Investment Program (NSIP) has been making important contribution to the lives of Nigerians in the areas of startups, intervention and more importantly job creations .
