NCC organizes Workshop on Performance Measurement for SERVICOM Committee Members

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) organized a Workshop on ‘Developing Performance Measurement Framework’ for members of the ‘Service Compact with all Nigerians’ committee (SERVICOM) at Mararaba, Nasarawa State.

The five-day workshop which started from July 1st, reiterates the commitment of the NCC to improved and effective service delivery and regulation in the telecommunications sector and beyond.

The Director, Public Affairs, Dr. Henry Nkemadu said that ‘’it is the right of Nigerians to be served, and the NCC considers the workshop organized by the SERVICOM institute pertinent in empowering NCC staff with the requisite knowledge needed to address telecoms service delivery complaints and concerns of our stakeholders in served, underserved and unserved areas of the country”.

Dr Henry Nkemadu also encouraged all participants to actively discuss and review the various modules that form the bedrock of the training to prioritize knowledge/expertise that will add value towards improvement of work processes at the Commission.
