-Commends the achievement of Digital Bridge Institutes established by NCC to bridge the digital divide gap and provide vocational ICT trainings in the country, describing the institute as the best ICT Institute in Africa.

-Assures the Commission that the Union will continue to work hand in hand with Telecoms regulatory bodies in Africa to ensure that the African continent reaps all the dividends of Telecoms and ICT.
