In a bid to diversify the economy, the oil rich state of Akwa Ibom is poised to diversify the economy from crude oil based to other areas of economy has deployed their airline making them the first state to own a functional airline which is a clear departure from the private sector dominated aviation space. A move that stakeholders have said that it would open up the state to investment.

#IbomAir will open up the state for more businesses, tourism and of course economic expansion. Ibom Air is another big reason to restructure this country.

Akwa Ibom launches #IbomAir with aircrafts we can see with designated routes without fuss. This has demonstrated sagacity and economic adeptness on the side of state government.
