Army Express Appreciation to NITDA for Intervention Projects

The Nigerian Army Resource Centre, led by its Director General, Major General G.A Wahab (Rtd) today paid an official visit to the Agency’s Corporate Head Office in Abuja, in order to appreciate the Agency for the intervention projects deployed at the Centre, which is aimed at improving research on security matters.

The delegation was received by the management team of National Information Technology Development Agency, (NITDA), led by its Director General, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami FNCS, FBCS, FIIM.

In his remarks, Dr Pantami urged the Army to invest heavily in research, stating that in today’s digital world, most wars fought are more of an intellectual one which requires the use of Information Technology and not the traditional method as it used to be in the past.

Adding that, the intervention projects donated to the Centre are a little way of the Agency expressing its appreciation for all the sacrifice the military has done in securing the nation.
